Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally. Check that your delivery address, site access details, and contact details are correct at checkout. Heavy equipment often needs freight handling and a clear delivery plan.

Delivery checks

At delivery, check the equipment and note any visible damage or missing parts before signing if asked to sign. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact NexaDigital promptly through Contact Us with your order details. Shipment tracking: After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and carrier details. You can track your order in My Account > Orders and from the carrier tracking link in your shipping email. If tracking does not update, contact Support through the Contact page. Tracking will work from the first shipped order; it has not yet been tested with a real shipment because there have been no orders yet.
