What does NexaDigital sell?
NexaDigital sells commercial heavy equipment and machinery. That includes lawn mowers, tire changers, snow blowers, sheds, chainsaws, lifts and jacks, trailers, generators, pressure washers, and log splitters, among other machinery categories in the Shop.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within the United States only. Factory direct orders are coordinated for freight delivery across the United States. Standard freight shipping is $149.00 per order, with standard delivery within 14 days of your order. New customers can get free shipping on their first 3 orders by entering code NEWCUSTOMER at checkout, limited to 3 uses per customer. See the Shipping Policy for delivery coordination details.
How do I choose the right equipment?

What warranty support is available?
Eligible equipment includes manufacturer warranty support. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. See the Warranty Policy, and contact Support for help with a claim.
How do returns and refunds work?
To start a return, contact Support through the Contact page within 30 days from delivery. That is the published return window. See the Return Policy for condition and freight details. Do not send equipment back before we confirm the return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, as described in the Refund Policy, in general timing terms.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken at checkout through the payment provider shown at checkout. Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). Shipping costs are shown or calculated at checkout. We do not promise a specific payment method or gateway name in this FAQ, because the live checkout setup may change.
