Introducing the Rancilio Silvia Pro X All the power of the Silvia Pro with even more control. Innovative variable soft infusion, brewing pressure gauge, and redesigned portafilter with 18 gram basket. High performance home espresso The Silvia Pro took home espresso to new heights- with the Silvia Pro X, the sky is the limit. It all starts with a high powered dual boiler setup that enables simultaneous brewing and steaming without any loss in temperature. And thanks to PID controllers on each boiler, the Silvia Pro X boasts competition-level temperature accuracy, shot after shot. All this power is managed via simple brewing controls, with a digital display for easy management of machine functions plus an automatic shot timer. The new Silvia Pro X takes the proven tech of the Silvia Pro plus additional tools for an even better barista experience. We’re especially excited to introduce Variable Soft Infusion. When this function is enabled, the coffee puck is gently soaked with low-pressure water for up to 6 seconds before ramping up to normal brewing pressure. This soft infusion period smooths out imperfections in the coffee puck that could lead to channeling during extraction and helps highlight the unique flavor notes of your coffee. Approachable and professional espresso brewing, handmade in Italy The Silvia Pro X is factory benched and handmade with commercial components: 0.3 L insulated brass coffee boiler Pt1000 temperature probe for maximum thermal stability 1 L highly efficient steam boiler 2 L internal pour over reservoir with water level alert Stainless steel steaming wand with full range of motion Commercial, NSF brass group head and boiler for excellent heat retention Variable Soft Infusion system Ergonomic 58 mm portafilter with 8/18g baskets Professional accessory set includes wood tamper with stainless steel flat base
- Dual Boiler: A 1-liter steam boiler and 300ml brew boiler offer simultaneous brewing and steaming.
- Steam, Optional: A focus on brew temp stability keeps the steam optional, only at pressure when you need it.
- PID Control: Dedicated brew and steam circuit PIDs offer excellent temperature management, and can be adjusted to-the-degree.
- Soft Preinfusion: The Silvia Pro X brings adjustable, low-pressure preinfusion for improved shot quality.
- Shot Timer: The front-facing PID screen doubles as a shot timer when brewing.
